Job Summary:
We are launching a new home staging business and seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Home Staging Assistant to help transform empty properties into beautifully styled, market-ready homes. The ideal candidate is passionate about interiors, has a good eye for design, and is comfortable with physical work like unpacking, furniture setup and décor styling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in unpacking and setting up staging furniture and decor in residential properties.
- Help style rooms to enhance visual appeal for photography and open inspections.
- Move, lift, and assemble furniture as needed (flat-pack and pre-assembled).
- Organize and store staging inventory in a tidy and efficient manner.
- Follow design plans and instructions from the Lead Stager/ Business Owners.
- Maintain cleanliness and care of staging items during installation and removal.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and delivery partners.

Requirements:
- Interest or background in interior design, real estate, or visual merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail and keen eye for style.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Clean driver’s license required (own vehicle a bonus).
